Refunds / Returns
Full refund if your purchased item is returned within 30 days of purchase in the original packaging and unused.
No refund will be issued if your purchased item is returned in different packaging and/or has been used.
All refunds will be issued according to the type of payment used to purchase your item. No refunds will be issued until you have contacted customer service at email@example.com and given an authorization to return your item for a refund.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless there is an error by Sport Nets.
Returns will be processed after the product has been returned to Sport Nets and inspected for quality.
If your returned item is used, damaged, or not in it's original packaging and we accept your return, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee.
Any unauthorized return will result in a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your item was damaged during shipping or you are missing parts, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos of the issue and you will have the damaged parts or missing parts shipped to you at no cost within two (2) business days.
